Job Summary: The Manager, Healthcare Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving growth and success of the IQVIA AI/NLP product portfolio. We are looking for a passionate healthcare specialist, focused on driving healthcare improvements through the use of innovative technologies. This individual will be key in bringing IQVIA NLP technologies to the market, with a strong focus on risk adjustment, but able to also drive repeatable value streams in healthcare NLP across areas such as population health, quality, and precision medicine.
Our IQVIA NLP business is focused on using best in breed NLP technologies to support healthcare clients realize tangible results across clinical, operational and research domains. You will work closely with the Director of Healthcare Strategy, and the broader DTA&AI (Data Technology Analytics and Artificial Intelligence) leadership to:
Drive pre-sales client engagement, and ascertain client/market needs and fit with existing IQVIA NLP solutions
Be an evangelist for \u2019IQVIA\u2019s healthcare Natural Language Processing (NLP) products and solutions, including presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects, both individually and to broader groups at industry events such as conferences and workshops or via webinars.
Problem solves with clients and stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions requested or being implemented, including potential simplification
Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have, providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
Write proposals and bid materials, and manage bid responses
Provide post-sales implementation subject matter expert support
Drive client adoption and value in implementation
Support product development, including internal and external market research
Perform market research and analysis including market sizing, and assessments of product-market fit
Assist with go to market strategy and implementation
Our ideal candidate: Experience and Ability:
Strong track record and proven experience working in US operational healthcare
Strong experience with risk adjustment and revenue cycle management
Navigation of cross-functional teams (GTM, product, software) to drive client outcomes
Strong track record of client work in healthcare technology
Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to healthcare problems
Ability to articulate value of NLP solutions to different healthcare stakeholder types \u2013 from data-scientists to chief medical information officers
Client focused and ability to influence client decisions
Efficient communication skills, strong written communications
Strong organizational and leadership skills, proven ability to build strong relationships
Fluency in English and excellent oral presentation and writing skills
Our Ideal Candidate: Education & Accreditation Requirements:
Bachelor\u2019s degree required
Graduate degree or MBA not required but a plus
Prior clinical experience relevant but not essential
Prior clinical coding, especially CRC qualification relevant but not essential
