As a legal operator intern at Aequitec, you will support customer happiness and work with customers such as Swiss stock companies and the Swiss Stock Exchange. Fluency in German is required for this position. Tasks As a legal operator intern at Aequitec, your mission is to support the customer happiness team of Aequitec to fulfil the exceptionally high standards of our customers, e.g., board presidents of Swiss stock companies, financial services providers in the inter-banking ecosystem, the Swiss Stock Exchange. At Aequitec, you will: • Join our Aequitec team as a legal operator for up to 6 months. Additionally and optionally, we offer the opportunity of writing your bachelor’s or master’s thesis with us after your internship. • Participate in customer calls with members of the management board and sales colleagues for onboarding customers, administering on our platform and collecting structured customer requirements for product development. • Take entrepreneurial ownership for customer happiness, e.g., define best practices, routines and learning material together with the management board and sales colleagues. • Enjoy the delights of customer interaction on a very frequent basis. • Translate unstructured information of customer data into our software suite. • Support in the execution of AGMs on the customer’s side. • Work together in a diverse team with various cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
