As Senior Talent Manager at Consultport, you will be responsible for one of the key drivers of our company’s success - attracting top talents and retaining and developing them. Directly reporting to the Founder and Managing Director, you will help shape the growth and culture of the company. Tasks Your area of focus Strategic Leadership Collaborate directly with our founder to develop our overall people and talent strategy Build & develop the HR team & be prepared to be a mentor to them, by passing on your well-established knowledge of the world of recruitment Lead and train the team and hiring managers to deliver on the highest standards for the ideal candidate and employee experience with Consultport (pre-hire and post-hire) Act as an ambassador for our company and showcase our top-class people & talent strategy e.g. at company fairs and conferences Attract top talents Partner with our Founder and Managing Director to develop and execute our talent strategy, designed to: Attract top talents and create a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates Optimize our processes for efficient resource and sourcing management Connect with talents and lead them through our recruiting process up to contract closing Support the development and execution of a top-notch Employer Branding strategy, to take our company’s employer image to a new level Retain and develop new talents Make Consultport the best place to work! Design and take the steps required to create a company environment in which our employees can develop and grow, both personally and professionally Work on diversity and inclusion topics, ensuring that everyone realizes the values they bring onboard to further enhance our stance as an equal opportunities employer Develop career opportunities and learning programs for employees Systematize and optimize our processes Track, measure, and analyze our hiring process, using data to make decisions and optimize hiring processes as we grow our operations Provide insights and data regarding wage and salary trends and market dynamics, distribute metrics and provide performance reporting, to enable us to remain ahead of the competition Establish a process to measure the happiness of our employees Requirements What you should bring Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or start-up Experience with hiring for a variety of roles ie. non-tech and tech You know what it takes to attract the best candidates and how to pick the best person for each role You have successfully developed and scaled teams during a time of rapid growth You draw a considerable hands-on sourcing and interviewing experience You’re known for your excellent communication and relationship-building skills Due to your passion for recruiting and your insatiable curiosity, you always stay on top of innovative solutions, and love breaking new ground in the world of talent acquisition Fluent in Business English, written and oral, German is good to have Benefits Why you should join?
