Tasks What’s your daily life gonna’ look like - your tasks: Support of your own 4-6 international clients Managing and working with results on data Communication & collaboration with experts from our data specialists and designer teams Conception, development and implementation of ideas / hypotheses for store optimization with the aim of efficient customer acquisition / processing Development and optimization of KPIs Researching new trends and exciting business areas. Requirements Come as you are - the role’s requirements: A degree is not a must & we couldn’t care less about grades. As long as you have experience in marketing and are willing to learn, you’re perfect! Level: At least +4 years of professional experience. Also possible in the form of working student jobs or completed apprenticeship Minimum +2 years experience in A/B Testing & CRO Mindset: Inquisitive, team player, keen to take on challenges Knowledge: Background in marketing and customer service Languages: German, English on a fluent level.
