Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for driving business growth? We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist with strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent English proficiency, an industrial engineering or related degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Consultant firm experience, agile methodology familiarity, and exceptional presentation skills are a plus! Tasks Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate on and implement business plans aligned with organizational goals. Interpret data for insights to optimize business processes. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Create compelling, data-driven proposals for clients. Effectively present business proposals to clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proven analytical thinking and mathematical skills. Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role. Previous experience in a consulting firm is highly advantageous. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
