In this role, you will be responsible for being our product content guru – enabling us to inform our customers and prospects about our product, product developments, and bring new products to… market… through differentiated messaging, collateral, sales enablement, customer engagement, and cross-functional marketing activation. You will drive and create product marketing with the marketing team and actively work on targeted content campaigns and efforts. You will get to know each audience segment, live the customer journey, help define future innovation from a marketing perspective, and build stories to engage customers for long-term success, all while differentiating us from the competition. This role operates at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success. What you will be doing: • Drive awareness and adoption of Squirro by expanding our customer base, creating content to clearly communicate our value to all targeted audience segments and use cases. • Develop a deep understanding of the voice of our customers/prospects and take action on quantitative and qualitative insights that drive results across marketing. • Shape and mold our content offerings with the Chief Marketing Officer and bring in creative ideas that position Squirro as a leader and help us achieve our pipeline goals. • Collaborate to inspire by communicating how Squirro can solve prospects’ problems (business & persona level). • Partner with demand generation and digital to tell compelling stories that help build demand and pipeline – email campaigns, website enhancements, product demos, product tours & more. • Lead the development of product messaging, positioning, and enablement, with an eye toward competitive differentiation across all relevant business categories. • Lead the creation of various marketing assets to drive awareness and adoption in new markets. • Execute amazing product launches that demonstrate innovation and drive new revenue. • Develop compelling and easy-to-understand content for various audiences, especially technical FAQs, and product cheat sheets. This is an extremely important hire for us and will lead to company-wide growth. What should you bring: • Demonstrated experience in software product marketing – SaaS / technical product marketing experience is a must • A love for writing about emerging technologies and a passion for the AI field • Excellent written and oral communication skills – C2 English minimum • 6+ years’ experience storytelling and delivering compelling product marketing results • Familiarity with various content creation tools, digital tools and databases – Canva, Figma, Hubspot, Jira • Ability to work with product engineering teams and create marketing content for non-technical and technical audiences. • Experience in the development of product messaging, positioning, and enablement, with an eye toward competitive differentiation across all relevant business categories. • Experience collaborating effectively with sales and customer-facing teams to achieve results. • Experience working with demand generation to create high-converting programs. • Experience managing marketing programs with data-driven results. • A track record of delivery on complex projects, using strong organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a tech environment Who You Are: • AI Optimist: We forefront Generative AI solutions for enterprises.
