In a nutshell As Service Hotliner, you will take on the exciting challenge of providing top-notch technical support by swiftly troubleshooting and resolving our customers’ technical issues. Compiti What you will be doing Providing appropriate solutions to the technical issues faced by the customers Providing customer support services, in addition to technical services Troubleshoot with minimum assistance Make effective decisions to have fast solutions prioritizing and dealing with the issues on time. Problem-= Solving – Identifies and resolves hot escalations Provide 1st level technical phone support Ensuring that the fault is completely rectified and ensuring that it does not appear in the future, providing correct feedback to customers Exceptional prioritization and personal time management skills including the ability to deliver work to agreed timescales. Communicate with customers providing periodic follow-up to match expectations. Use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
